SHIPPING POLICY
We ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Processing time: orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery time: once shipped, delivery takes an average of 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping cost: "Calculated at checkout"
Tracking: you will receive a tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for shipping delays that occur after dispatch, but we will do our best to assist you should this happen.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
Product condition: The item must be unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs: Returns are at the customer's expense; however, returns for defective products are free.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Items ineligible for return: Final sale items, bracelets, and earrings; returns for these items will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.
